Discouraging

Pinuki's bleed this morning was the worst it has been in a couple of weeks. She is more congested. She has about two weeks left of the Doxycycline. Does this mean it is not working? Is she becoming resistant to the drug? If the bleeds continue to get worse, would we try a different antibiotic? I know this is only one bleed, but if the antibiotic is treating whatever is making her sick, shouldn't the bleeds become less and less until they stop completely? This has been going on for so long it is hard to continue to hope.
