A Simple Life

Pinuki, Kalu and I live in a 650 square foot condominium. I have lived here for over 26 years. I have a first mortgage and a home equity line of credit. I am a social worker. I work two jobs. My land-line phone is on a pay per call plan. I do not have a cell phone. I have basic cable television (primarily network television) that costs less than $20 per month. I drive a 1998 Honda Civic. I have not seen a movie in a movie theater in years. I am a single head of household. I have no children. My greatest joy in life is my dogs. I have chosen to make them my financial priority.
