The Process: Diagnosing Persistent Epistaxis

The diagnostic process has included clinical history, physical examination, complete blood counts, blood chemistries, urinalysis, coagulation profile, blood pressure, thoracic radiographs, contrast enhanced CT scan of Pinuki's skull, rhinoscopy and nasal biopsy. Pinuki was also tested for heartworms and all tick diseases, including Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. All tests are normal or negative.
