RULED OUT: Tooth Abscess as Cause

Tooth abscess can cause unilateral epistaxis (nasal bleeding). Pinuki has not had dental radiographs. However, Dr. Saylor says, the history, CT scan, and rhinoscopy are not suggestive of an abscess. Nuki had a Comprehensive Oral History and Treatment (COHAT) less than a year ago, and overall, her oral health was good.
